About the role
At Motto®, we build brands that challenge the status quo. Our new Senior Producer is a pivotal force in making that happen—ensuring our strategy, creative, and execution aligns to deliver world-class work. This role is made for a highly organized, detail-obsessed problem solver with a passion for managing our fast-moving ecosystem of brand strategy, verbal identity, design, motion, content, and digital projects.

You’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day planning, execution, and management of client projects—responsible for scoping, resourcing, handling details, and ensuring excellence across every touchpoint to meet both Client and Company goals in a way that lets others relax. From client-facing communication to internal team and project management, your ability to forecast, organize, and drive efficiency will contribute in a pivotal way to the success of the company. Key responsibilities
Scoping and pricing
Casting/partner/vendor selection and integration of outside resources
Contract management
Project management
Capacity prediction and resource management
Quality control
Budget management
Deadline compliance
Project oversight
Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects, typically 5-8 at a time.
Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and personnel utilization.
Lead internal onboarding to align teams on client vision and project scope.
Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement solutions proactively.
Provide regular status updates and conduct post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.
Team collaboration
Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Resolve project challenges efficiently to minimize disruptions.
Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.
Client Communication
Build strong client relationships, ensuring clarity on scope, budget, and expectations.
Provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve their brand goals.
Maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle with weekly status updates.
Budget and resource management
Track budgets to maintain profitability and financial targets.
Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Report financial performance to leadership and flag any budget or timeline concerns.

Availability
This is a full-time, 1099 contract remote role to start with flexibility to work from anywhere. Availability during core hours (8 AM–6 PM EST) is important for team and client collaboration. As we work with a global team and clients, occasional early morning or evening meetings may be needed.
