About the role

Motto® is seeking a Senior Marketing Producer with a strong foundation in project leadership, marketing execution, and media fluency. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of project management and content production. You’ll lead the orchestration of marketing initiatives across social assets, video production, SEO, paid media, and thought leadership ensuring our brand story is told clearly, consistently, and creatively.

You’re a strong project leader who understands the pace and nuance of modern content. You know how to take a 1 minute media interview from Bloomberg and transform it with our creative team into a series of social soundbites or orchestrate a case study for the company and get it on our website. You understand timelines, creative teams, marketing metrics, and what it takes to execute a content vision from idea to launch.

As our Senior Marketing Producer, you'll lead and coordinate a wide range of our internal marketing initiatives from digital campaigns to content production, social to SEO, website to awards submissions. This role also coordinates with our co-founders and internal marketing team to execute high-impact initiatives across modern marketing channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping

  • Integration of outside resources 

  • Project management

  • Capacity prediction and resource management 

  • Quality control

  • Budget management

  • Create and manage a forward-looking marketing calendar

  • Set measurable objectives

Oversee the coordination:

  • AdWords / paid media

  • SEO & blog content

  • Website updates and launches

  • Media interviews and video/social cutdowns

  • Social media, video and motion content

  • Press and award submissions

  • Case studies

  • Motto merch store

  • Founders' special projects involving personal websites/books/press/thought leadership

Day-to-day activities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects

  • Oversee resource allocation, project scheduling, and personnel utilization.

  • Lead internal onboarding and briefs to align team on project vision/scopes.

  • Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement solutions proactively.

  • Lead weekly marketing meetings and report on initiatives

  • Define success metrics and track performance across initiatives

  • Provide regular status updates and conduct post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience managing creative and marketing initiatives

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across paid media, content, SEO, and web

  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and freelance talent at once

  • Operate with deep work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in execution

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment with shifting priorities

  • Highly responsive, think in bulleted lists, and can summarize and retain information extremely well

  • Strategically-minded and able to lead a sharp meeting with confidence

  • Comfortable working autonomously while staying tightly aligned with team goals

  • Must have experience with Figma, Basecamp, Dropbox

Compensation & Hours

This is a full-time, 1099 contract remote role with the potential for W2 if you are based in New York, Texas, or South Carolina.

Compensation ranges are between $100k-$140k USD.

Availability during core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST) is important for team collaboration.

*Motto runs on EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System). Bonus if you have EOS® experience.
